Zoning Hearing Board

Appeals for relief from decisions of the Zoning Officer and/or requirements in the Plainfield Township Zoning Ordinance are handled by the Zoning Hearing Board.

The five members of the Zoning Hearing Board and two alternate members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors.

This board of volunteer residents is a quasi-judicial body whose decisions are not subject to the approval of the Board of Supervisors.

Zoning Hearing Board meetings are open to the public are generally held at the:

Plainfield Township Municipal Building
6292 Sullivan Trail
Nazareth, PA 18064

Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:30 P.M., on a case-by-case basis.
